Your Local Neighbourhoods teams are hosting a series of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Walk and Talks across the Beckenham Wards. 

These events provide an opportunity for residents to meet local police officers in an informal setting, discuss concerns relating to the safety of women and girls, highlight locations where they feel unsafe, share experiences and receive crime prevention and safeguarding advice. 

We are committed to working with our communities to better understand the issues affecting women and girls and to identify practical steps that can be taken to improve safety and confidence in public spaces. 

Officers will be patrolling the below open space, please come for a chat! 

Drop-in Surgery
This event invites Women and Girls to speak with the police and show us locations where you have concerns and have a discussion around Violence Against Women and Girls concerns.
